Looks like a nice project. Glad your going to convert it to 4-by. NICE radiator. How are those fans working for you?

I only have two hooked up i only run them when i stop(just in case) but they don't need to be on, keeps it just above 210, getting new high flow FlowKooler water pump. I'll see how that does and I might get a tranny oil cooler.

Well I have made more progress on my Jeep. I have successfully swapped the Front Dana 30 From my other '95 Cherokee.

The last picture is the donor Jeep.

I had to paint up the axle. I also replaced the ball joints, hubs and bushings on it, they were all shot.
It fit in perfectly, it wasn't really challenging, Its just like taking the axle off then putting it back on, just from one jeep to another.

As of this moment there is still a bit to be done, I have got the leaf springs off and everything unbolted back there, I just have to go get some shackles from orileys or something. But once I get the rear on then its a matter of time to just put all the small stuff on.
