I have a '95 XJ Country, 2WD auto, Dana 35, on 31x11.5 TSL Super Swampers, with FFDynamics extreme triple threat radiator w/ fans and shrouds.
**Got the Rusty's 6.5" lift with 33x12.5 Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ's. Bought a reman AW4 transmission and NP231 transfer case

Looks like a nice project. Glad your going to convert it to 4-by. NICE radiator. How are those fans working for you?

I'd like to do that, but other stuffs gotta come first. You know how it is.

Well I have made more progress on my Jeep. I have successfully swapped the Front Dana 30 From my other '95 Cherokee.

I had to paint up the axle. I also replaced the ball joints, hubs and bushings on it, they were all shot.
It fit in perfectly, it wasn't really challenging, Its just like taking the axle off then putting it back on, just from one jeep to another.

As of this moment there is still a bit to be done, I have got the leaf springs off and everything unbolted back there, I just have to go get some shackles from orileys or something. But once I get the rear on then its a matter of time to just put all the small stuff on.
