Picked up a spare carrier for the 14b with a grizzly locker installed in it the other day. Found a real good deal on craigslist and couldn't pass it up.

Almost ready to hit the trail. Gotta finish up a few small things. Can't wait.

sweet looking build man. here's some things I ran into when I swapped and started wheeling, wish I had done these things before it ever left the garage:

broken frame side track bar bracket - needs heavy duty track bar brace
broken hi steer studs - needs double shear and ARP studs (and knuckle plating if you really want peace of mind)
additional steering box plating - a lot. I plated that whole inner area
a cage - I have cracks in my transmission tunnel from where it fatigued from all the twisting. sucks when you can't open your rear hatch
CV drivelines - blew the rear, no more CV's for me (also no street driving)
traction bar - bent 3 leaf springs so far

hope some of that helps. they're great once you work all the bugs out but my rig is trashed now

Took it out for the first time last weekend. It did amazing. Most of your list I do have minus cage and traction bar but those are in the future plans. My only complaint is my turning radius is ****. Gonna have to rework the whole steering setup I think. Planning on ordering a heim kit from Ruffstuff and ditching the tre's so I can move stuff around.

Got the ruffstuff 7/8 heim kit installed and full steering radius back. Had to move the draglink to the hole closer to the king pin so I could stay with a stock length pitman arm. Also got colthahauses hydro assist setup after it sitting in the garage for about a year. Made a nice double shear pitman arm too.

The ram is the only part I didn't use. I ended up getting an 8" ram cause the 6" was a little to short but now the 8" is too long so I'm gonna have to limit it. Just not gonna hold the wheel at full lock till I get around to it. Works awsome tho.
