Drivers side 2x4 rocker is tacked in. Still have to finish weld it.

 

 

Lookin sweet man keep it up paint that tank it's the lil stuff attention to detail be cool to paint the tank one color and the new straps a different color make it pop

 

I'm thinkin bout doin the straps silver to match the tank. The black plastic skid will be in the middle to break if up a little. Did it take a while for you to get the simplified shift linkage? I ordered weeks ago and it says its still processing. I think I'm gonna call tomorrow.

 

Also and very well detailed blog man. Can't wait to see how the floors came out.

Passanger side rocker is all welded in.

 

Cleaned up the rest of the frame rails and painted them with chassis saver.

 

 

I made plates out of 3/16 steel to go over the leaf spring hangers to strengthen everything up.

 

Here's a test fit of the floor pans. They are not the best fitting pans in the world but I guess that's what I get for buying the cheapest ones. They are from classic to current btw.
