Yea!!!! Pictures!!!
First I marked the lower cut with a strip of paint tape. This cut will be all the way through the front and rear panels at the lower body line

Next, I cut a little piece out of the rear using the body seems as a guide.

Be sure not to cut the inner panel on the little square cut or else it will be a pain to fold up later.
The passenger side had the spot welds rusted out, however, the driver side didn't so I had to drill them....you can also see how I cut up the body lines.

The driver side also had this little metal plate covering the fuel lines

A lot of people leave this off after cutting the quarter panels. I think thats a big no no! Because, these lines are right where rocks and mud are going to be thrown by tires!
The inner panel then folds up and the outer panel folds over it. Easy!
I used self drilling/tapping hex head sheet metal screws, sealed with a whole tube of RTV and rubberized undercoating.

After the quarters were folded I put the little metal plate back over the fuel lines. With a little test fitting it was super easy to make the bends necessary to fit the pan back.

Yeah possiby.I removed the front drive shaft and took a test drive and its stil there.Yay only thing left other than the chain would be a warped carrier or something and I don't think that's it.Chain shouldnt be to hard to replace.

Pull the rear shaft and drive with the front for a short distance and see if it still makes the noise
