Project Golddigger
Well her she goes. First off I'm a 18 year old college student with no money.
This summer I got a 1999 Cherokee Classic with 157K on it we paid $1400
Its a 4.0 4x4 and I love it to death.
The day we towed it home. For what we paid for it we got front end damage for free! In the back was a
new plastic header panel, new sylvanias, smoked turn signals and markers, and some goofy looking projector headlights.
We were also told there would be a front fender in the deal (which never showed up)
We got the unibody aligned, steering link and front fender from the junkyard. Then she was drivable. Sold the projector headlights for $20
Put on my Hella 500FF's that i got for $40. Wheeled it stock for a while. Not very successfully
After dad painted it, we put on a 2" BB and I went wheeling some more
And then guess what!
Got stuck.
A few months later I shaded my taillights (in my dorm parking lot )
A little darker than I wanted but you can still see my brake lights, kinda
As of now I have installed a front skid of an older larado, and installed 4 harbor freight lights but I cant get them to work right. Will get pictures up as soon as I can.
Let me know what you guys think.

Thanks everybody! I like the gold I just wish it showed mud a little better lol. I feel like I have to try twice as hard to show off after my adventures
You're telling me man lol. I just got some Goodyear Wrangler Radials which are slightly better but hopefully I'll get me some MT's eventually.

The radials are a great tire! I have them on my jeep and they clean out pretty good and are great for the road. Heck my dad use to have them on his 2wd van and it still got us through the mud. lol

I'd recognize that building in the background anywhere...you live in Hawthorne at UNCC? I'm in greek village.
Edit* Come into Greek Village when we get back to school and find me. I'm in the Kappa Sig house. You'll see my Jeep parked out front.

theres that one too. ive had bad luck there. i put a hole in the sidewall of my tire. the one im talkin about is closer to 485.
Edit* I'll be back on campus tomorrow evening. Just shoot me a message and I'll shoot you my number and we can meet up either at Hawthorne or Greek Village and I'll show you where it's at. There's plenty of mud and I'm sure I can get a few other guys to head out there as well.
