Default Small update

Went to the junkyard and picked up two of the ranger nets for door pockets. Cant wait to install them. Will have pictures soon.
Starting to gather parts for a bastard back. Haven't decieded between s10 or dakota leafs but I'm shooting for 3 inches so I can get rid of my 2" blocks and I'll throw on v8 zj springs with my spacers in the front. Cant wait

Any speical adivce on the bastard pack would be great. I know the general idea but haven't done it before.

Default Another update

Hey guys I've been back from college for a week and a half and I've been pretty busy on the XJ since. Had to take out the carpet due to serious flooding at school before I got back from school. I went to my local junkyard and picked up an overhead console for $17.22 with all wiring included! Got it installed and running and its pretty sweet! I would have never tried it without a bunch of writeups on here and NAXJA. Also picked up a set of V8 ZJ coils for free! Still haven't decided on which leafs for the bastard pack in the rear. I've read that dakota leafs flex better but I'm not sure which are best. Ill have some pictures up soon of the console and hopefully have my lift kit up soon. Sorry for the essay but hang with me and more pictures soon!

Default Pictures!

Carpet out, it was gross under there, fresh mud and water after 2 weeks to dry

And here's why

And inside

I do recomend Rustoleum spray paint. It floats and it still sprays great after!

On to my V8 ZJ coils

Really tempted to go ahead and install them but it might look a little silly

Now to my overhead console. Picked it up at the junkyard for $17 out of a 98. Had to do some special wiring to overcome the connector issue but it wasn't too bad e30 on the forum helped quite a bit

The most annoying part of the install was scraping all the fabric glue on the carcass. The console was originally gray but as you can see my headliner is tan. Took me at least an hour to get the glue off. Did turn out alright

Also got my ZJ gas tank skid bolted up nice and pretty. Feel free to let me know what yall think

You ever heard of Oregon Trail? And I haven't been to mule days but all my buddys go out there and a lot of them are the ones who hang out up at 40 and 42.

Default Updates!

So I have been pretty busy lately. The bastard pack is on along with my zj coils and spacers. It looks sick. I have also redone my headliner, done the zj armrest swap, got another grill and painted it black, and installed it, I also swapped my auto crossmember for a 5 speed crossmember for the 3/4" transfer case drop.

Pictures!

Overall

Headliner

Oh and new hub assembly

Junkyard grill painted black

I've seen a lot of stock xj's lately, so I do as all cherokee owners do and park next to them!

I like the black grill. Ideas are floating around in my head for my jeep. Thinking about putting a bedliner coat around the bottom and tire on top. Racks make the jeep look so much bigger! Lol

Thanks man. It only cost me $22 so I cant complain. Do the bedliner. I want to see how it would look on mine If you put the tire on top make sure you at least put it on the roof bars or get another bar from the junkyard. I've seen a guy who just put it on the roof and it caved in like crazy.

Yea. There is a guy around here that has the three bar set up. He has the tire on the back two and the lights on the front. I think I might go that way. Save me lots of $$$. Im not exactly sure how to secure it "safely".

I've seen people use ratchet straps and a bike lock before
