quite a few time! once on the initial lift, once after adjusting the initial short arms, then another after going to the long arms.

nah, haven't gotten to it yet, i know it's going to be difficult cause you have to remove the intake manifold to get to the exhaust manifold bolts. i figure i'll do it once i develop a leak or need to re-do the injector rail (as mine is rusting out). i've just been lazy...lol

well, nearly got my cherokee up and running again after that dunk in the water.... did an engine flush today, then put back most of the interior.
just need to put back the rear bench seat, find some plugs for floor board drain holes, install a new air bag control module, get the tranny flushed, pull the brakes and inspect/clean them, rebuild my winch, and find out what the heck that whinning is in the rear
then i can start on some upgrading....like a bedliner paint job!

So based on past traction performance gains I had when I threw an aussie locker in the rear, I'm now thinking to do the same in the front. I've been rebuilding the front end and figured it was the perfect time to do it if I ever was (new ball joints and u-joints). Got it in the mail yesterday so I'm going to tackle that today and get the front end locked
anyone have any input for runnin 35s up front on stock d30 axle shafts / carrier with a locker?

So I finished quite a bit, got the old ball joints out and the new ones pressed in, new u-joints installed on the axle shafts, and installed the aussie lockah! passenger side is done, now just need to install the driver side knuckle and axle shaft and then it's time for the tre replacement on the steering

so after doing a lot of thinking and self persuasion, i finally worked up the energy to replace the headers (being that it's close to 100 degrees everyday, this was a very important decision that took plenty of deliberation)

so here's a few pics of the removal of the intake and exhaust manifolds. main points are to make sure to label all the hoses & plugs, so you know where they go when putting everything back together
also, i loosened the belt and detached the steering pump and moved it out of the way (still left the hoses connected though)

then pieced it all back together, definitely glad i got this done and under my belt
i ended up putting wrap on the headers & exhaust....didn't realize it was going to smoke on start up......thought i screwed something up initially
