Also I don't remember seeing pictures of your finished floor with your "fake" Dynomat and monster liner and was wondering how that turned out!? Thanks so much for this thread really a great one!
Bastard pack works very well they way I built it. The full length liners really make a difference in the ride and flex on and off road. It was a lot of work but i'd do it again.

As far as the dynomat and liner, I...kinda haven't done it yet. Had plans to, but life and other tasks got in the way. Still on the "near future" list

Clutch and shifter parts are here. Just waiting on the flywheel. I'll be doing a full clutch mechanical component replacement (master and slave are fine), and a rebuild of the shifter stack with new seals, bushings, and boots - it deserves it after nearly 300,000 miles of rowing through the gears.

Parts List:

LuK Repset 05-065 Clutch kit w/ new friction disc, pressure plate, pilot bearing, throwout bearing, and install tool
Luk Flywheel LFW193
Clutch Release Pivot (52087542)
Clutch Throwout Lever Fork (Omix-Ada 16914.07)
Inner Shifter Boot (83500520)
TJ Interior shifter boot (52078970AC)
Shifter Cover Seal (4864226X)
Shift Rod Bushing (83500519)
Shifter Retainer Gasket (5252043)

Clutch only lasted a little over 100k. He said that earlier.

300k would have been impressive.

i honestly have no idea how long it's been in there - I got the truck at 196,xxx miles so it's been in at least 100k. Possibly original...but probably not.

That burnout I did in your jeep in Bowie probably didn't help.

What kind of flywheel is that? Seems too fancy and heavy.
