Haha yeah all my friends make fun of me because I live off protein shakes.
And yeah it moves the air box up a good bit rather than sucking in hot air behind the driver side headlight, it's a pretty cool design.

Balanced diet:
2 scoops of chocolate whey protein a day(breakfast before bed)
Half gallon of milk a day
Banana/ 2 sandwiches for lunch
Full dinner (or occasionally a muscle milk)
When I do start working out again I take up your MASS protein powder. It's a weight/muscle gainer. I currently weigh 200lbs, 5'9.

I'm not gonna turn my thread into a workout topic lol but here's my routine, haven't worked out in 7 months due to heart problems and this is all I do and I get result fast. This basically takes the muscle you have and tones it.

Part has arrived. And I'm amazed. This thing made a huge difference.
Heat soak issue=eliminated
No more hot hood
Temp gauge dropped dramatically
Went from 11.3 mpgs to a steady 13.
Improved throttle response
Sounds amazing and deepened my exaust tone.
No install pictures, but it took about an hour and was straight forward. I suggest this to anyone whose overheating or who wants a few more horses.

Well finally solved my cel light. It was an 02 sensor problem, looked around a bit and found this.....

I must have forgotten to plug it in during my rebuild..... And it had melted to my manifold. So I went to get a new one.... Az wanted 70$.... I laughed. I ended up hardwiring it and cel went off and everything's all good now!

And just a few self explanatory pictures from a couple days ago at a local mud pit.

And all cleaned up a few hours later.... No more mud....
