Thanks a lot. I wasnt a fan of any of the aftermarket fenders out there myself either. It was simple to do, and the trimming kit only costs $14.

If you put ATACs in the headliner and cover the seats in it... That would be AWESOME
And if you can figure out how to paint ATACs, let me know lol cause I'll be the next guy to do it
Good luck with your store and field in LV. if you get it going and have large opps like lion claw and irene, I'll try and make it for a game.

If you can have something made for the rear seat that isn't too visible from the front, I'd buy it for sure. A lot of people make custom little tool boxes and storage shelves for their XJs, but this would be a more out of the way solution. Besides, I have tons of MOLLE gear already. I've been airsofting for several years now and build all my own guns.

ATAC wouldn't be that hard. Start with solid bases then smear and steeple the demarcation in. My concern would be an uneven finish. You would have to use a brush to blend the colors properly.
Large scale on a vehicle though? I don't think it'd look too hot but what do I know?

I think it'd look as good as any other style camo paint scheme. But you never know till you see it!

Trimmed front fenders up. Got the first one done, and the second one half way, and the stupid harbor freight air saw broke. Gunna go return it and Ill finish it up tomorrow I guess. (note Im on 31's and I was rubbing the front bumper and trimming REAL bad when I turned... which i was told isnt supposed to happen on 31's with a 3" lift) Heres the first side done.
after pulling the trim and mounting hardware
done

so what exactly did you use to finish the edges on the tire wells looks really clean

Did you ever install your bronco tire carrier? If so what hurdles did you have to overcome to make it work? I bought one but havent seen enough info on an install to make sure I am doing it right.
Did you have to make a new mount? Did you have to rebend the arms on the carrier to get around the corner of the xj?
Thanks!

*Got rid of it, more hassle then it was worth.
*The fender trim is just black door drimming from Autozone (better late reply then never lol)
* Havent done much to the Jeep, been busy with other projects and it got put on the back burner.

thanks for the motivation though
