New jeep owner. Need ideas

Okay so I'm just turning 16 and about to get my dads 1999 jeep cherokee. Right now it is completely stock, and has 125,000 miles on it. The first thing I would like to do is get a 3" lift. (or possibly even a 4.5") if I got a 3" how big of tires could I fit on without too much rubbing. Also I was wondering after I lift it what I should do to the jeep next. Thanks.

i would say 31" tires, and then you should get bumpers with tow hooks, then there is anything from roof racks to auxillary lights and things of that sort
