She's not trying hard enough.

My 66 year old mother is 5' 4" and she can get into mine.

A set up like this will set you back a little bit, but you can get a 2" lift for like 100 bucks check rustys and rough country

the hockey pucks were probably body lifts, i have heard of guys drilling holes in them and lifting there trucks and inch or two, what kind did he have?

XJ's can use hockey pucks too just not for lift

eh Idk what he said I think he said they used them as spacer for the coils, and a 100 is not bad for a 2" that would allow my to throw 33's on there with a lil fab

So it is leaning to the passenger side b/c of the tracbar? Do you not have an adjustable one on there now?

hard to say its been through so many. the 4.5" was $800 and garbage..leaves cracked, shocks crap, coils were the only good thing but even the paint is flaking on them. i now have IRO 5.5" leaves that i got on a trade for my old packs plus 4 d-windows, the coil spacers were $30 and the new shocks were traded to an IRO guy for some old cragars plus $20. they were NIB doetsch techs and i love em!!

yeah i have an IRO HD track bar in there now..threw it in just moments before we left.

well, i just got back. work called me while wheeling and said we are having a meeting tomorrow at 8am and i need to show. well, my front u-joints were about to grenade anyways so i guess it was just an excuse not to break lol. no damage to my rig besides a bent fender. my buddy hydrolocked his zj on 9" of lift and 37s. his 5.2 runs now but the tranny is messed up, and almost had a jeep roll but other than that, no damage reports.

so heres my jeep seconds before we left

on the way up

so we pull in and it starts pouring. all campfires go out, nothing to do so we partied lol..i was to out of it to make the back end of the jeep a bed so i crashed with all my gear in the back..heres a random pic lol

i went to bed around 4 and woke up to the IRO guys pounding on my window to wake up at 7:30..ugh, ate breakfast and headed out!

so we get out to the play area..now from the time we pulled into camp at 7 the night before until the morning, it rained like crazy..so this mud run that i almost got stuck in this rut last time was bad enough for me. so my buddy pat was 2 jeeps ahead of me and i come out of the woods and see this.

hydrolocked his 5.2

being familiar with this puddle, i knew where the ruts were so i pulled up next to him..he put his hitch in and hooked it up to mine

yanked it out no problem

flooded interior, destroyed his amp and speakers, lost an ipod

then as were pulling the plugs on his jeep, another jeep went up a hill climb, got sideways and came very close to going over.

heres the play area from up there

we eventually got the jeep down..we hooked up a strap, had 9 guys pull it and brought the back end around and he was able to gas down

had to flex my jeep on the infamous rock

after about 2 hours, finally got his jeep to run..wild man having fun haha

got back to have lunch, the zj was having tranny issues so he parked it back at camp and rode in another jeep

heres gumbys rocks..i didnt get any pics of me going through..last year i took the bypass but decided not to this year

gorge rock crawl..tj hung up getting pulled out

camp

back on trails

trail called high voltage..fun trail!

tuckin 35s!

i didnt try this with my about to go ujoints..but the xj on 11" of lift and 34s messed up his tierod on this

at camp just before i left

and gassing up on the way home

all in all it was a good weekend..not the best yet due to weather and lack of sleep..and only wheeling one day and having to take it easy due to my ujoints but a bad day wheeling is better than a good day at work right? haha the rig performed great and it didnt feel tippy at all with the 7" lift..i think she is set at this height..just gonna get some 7" coils and get rid of the spacer.

now comes the fun part of cleaning off all the iron ore mud
