she aint ready just yet.
there are lots more being added by the day. most of the stuff is just on the list. I dont normally give up when I hit a snag.

right now the jeep is 99% to running. however just running is just the starting point for my build. Im going to say the jeeps about %50 done right now. as far as a mod list, I hate when people do a "wish list" or "future mods" so Ill include a nice list whenever I finish all of the mods that I have started. I dont want to make a mods list without the in progress stuff, and it isnt right to add them until they are done and on. so I say give me a month tops to finish everything, or at least until she is road legal.

thanks, right now the only thing I think is missing is my trans cooler lines. I am missing the adapters the screw into the radiator. Mother misplaced them, and I have torn the house and garage apart looking for them...what makes it even worse is the new ones are sitting at the parts store, but its 25 miles away and wont have a ride there until tomorrow.

I did get my school appeals approved though! which means Ill be getting my check soon. as soon as my check arrives then all my 'in progress' projects will be finished. the money will also pay for getting it legal. the only reason for the one month estimation is because I dont know how long it will take for my check to arrive/clear etc.

well the vender that supplied it wasnt too helpful, so I dont care to support them, but its made by a company called 'crown' I believe.

as far as the alt relocation, unless you have to have it immediately I would hangout for a little bit. I have a new alt being built right now. (one of those in progress mods) and Im not sure if it will fit the mount so this one will be forsale.

Yeah I pretty much need it right away, I'm heading to the mud drags in 2 weeks lol. I'm not worried about the belts or anything, my buddy already did it to his so I'm going to use his brackets as a template and he has the belt and everything for me.

well I just figured out that the locking nuts on the clutch fan have a different thread then the studs they are attached to. so the bolts I got to replace them wont work. just spen an hour looking through all of my hardware and didnt have anything that matched.

I guess Im gonna try and get new bolts when I pick up my trans lines tomorrow.

Didn't mean to imply a wish list was desired, just was wondering if the straight 6 itself had any major changes, performance parts, touches you've put on yourself, etc. or if it's just a rebuilt 6. I also respect the fact you'd like to just post em when they're on and functioning, so good luck!

yea I knew what you meant. the motor its self is just a 4.0L nothing special about it. this is gonna be a bolt-on build. I dont think I will do anything to the motor...I dont think it would be worth it. a stroker is worth it, but thats more gas. I might run ARP headstuds if I just run out of things to buy. I guess I could do a forged high compression 4.0 with a 200 shot of n20. that could be fun.

im supposed to get the bolts and trans lines in the morning. hopefully we are still gonna make the dealine for it running this weekend.

It has taken me 3 days to read the entire build, not a slow reader, just have other stuff going on. Very impressive. Hate that the DTB didn't pan out, u definitely had my attention. waiting to see the finished product.
