well wing night, turned into exactly that, all night. my buddies decided they wanted to go spend some school refund money at the mall, and guess what? Im not the one driving :/ So didnt get back until real late, and I still have a test in my first class tomorrow. HOWEVER I am once again enthusiastic about this again and still went back to work on it.
I got the Alt all wired up. Finished all the grounds and wiring harness loose ends. upper and lower rad hoses. trans cooler lines. radiator.

wheres the start up vid, RIGHT? well like always there were some snags. the new radiator didnt have the hardware, so I have no way of attaching the trans lines to the cooler. no lines means no trans fluid yet. dont have a 710 cap so it hasnt gotten oil yet.
even though its not stopping the startup, the upper radiator hose doesnt work. its doesnt fit between the hood and alt. Im going to splice my 2 rad hoses together and get something like below.
I guess Im headed to the parts store again after class tomorrow, then if I have a good battery sitting around, then it should get the go ahead. It still has a TON of work to go, but to hear it rumble again is a huge step.

Im headed back down to put on some hose clamps, I have to trim up the 710 cap then fill her up. the only thing left is I cant find the dag-on trans line connectors for the radiator. as soon as I find them I should be G2G. I know I handed em to mother stating "these are very important DO NOT LOSE THEM" and here we are. :/

^the 2 ccv's run into a catch can. the catch can has a breather, and a drain valve. its pretty simple oil vapor goes in, oil and air come out. then if the CCV is under vacuum instead of pressure the filter allows it suck in clean air. this keeps my whole intake system cleaner and allows the CCV to breather naturally.
well I made some progress. If you look above, the 710 cap isnt flush. it needed some trimming so I got that taken care of. then put some hose clamps on the upper rad hose. put on a new oil filter and filled it up with some cheap rotella. Im not sure how good it is, but it was cheap, and I plan on changing the oil in the 500-1000 mile range anyway. No point in throwing $50 worth of oil away.
I then fitted both of my rad fans to the cross member. I slid it down into place.Ran the over flow hose.

well I put the front end on, this way you can get a with vs without tint. right now I still have the option of backing out, as I have 2. I think I like them though. this is the first time in a long time the jeep has had that hood closed with a full engine in there.
soooooo...........now startup time? NOPE. I still cannot find the freaking trans line connectors. luckily I thought ahead, and ordered them already, so they will be in tomorrow.

well I have 2 sets, so I think im going to do the passenger to match, then I can get it outside and show ya what it looks like as a whole. I think I like the tinted blinkers with the tinted windows, and black lower trim. I also think Im going to bed-line the grill and the bumpers will be done as well. It should tie it all together.

So Jeff, what ended up being the mods list to your Jeep? I remember the dual TB Mani didn't work out because of fitment issues, but I think I remember other stuff you modded and threw on to make her fast.
