You can look through my build there are a lot of gilbert pics. I'll head up there anytime if you don't want to go solo.

Ah man looks like so much fun. Nearest I will probably be able to go up there is summer. I want to swap out my ball joints becaue they are pretty much shot and then I am getting a clicking noise when I go into gear. Typically reverse because there is more movement. Any ideas? I'm open. I don't like it when I've got random clicking noises going on lol.

You might want to check out Minnesota 4WD Association. They have a list of all the open to public wheeling events on there web page.

Got my Surco rack in the mail today! But there was no screws or mounting brackets for the the rack to get attached to the crossmembers. I have the crossmembers mounted. Now I just need to wait some more... Wonder how much randome stuff the guys at Fedex and UPS end up with???

That sucks! Looking forward to seeing it all mounted when you get the missing pieces.

So I've got another issue guys. When I go to start the Jeep after it's been sitting for a while it turns over a lot and struggles to start and sometimes just barely catches and starts up. It's not the batter and it turns over just fine so I don't believe it's that either. Could it maybe be something to do with the fuel pump? I heard Chrysler products were known for an issue with that where something goes out (Can't remember the name of it) but basicly when you start it the isn't any pressure in the fuel lines because it all leaked back into the tank? Does that sound right or am I just way off?

If mine has been sitting for more than a day I turn on the aux first for a second or two, you can hear the pump turn on and it allows the fuel to build pressure in the lines.

Well thats what I always do when I start any vehicle and it still does it. You think it is something to do with the fuel pump or should I look elsewhere?

Lol. It just bugs me when stuff like that happens. Guess I will just let that be for the time being. I am actually but I work every saturday and I have church on sundays so wont be able to. Usually i have to plan stuff out a bit in advance. And still want to finish up a couple of things before i feel comfortable. Regearing to 4.10s is in the near future and then I need to replace my smoked ball joints. Thanks for the offer though! Youll have to try and snag some pics.

This isnt just a couple of time. This is like 5-6 seconds of nothing but turning over. When it does start right it usually takes 1-2. Starts right up. But after a couple days of messing around I found that turning the key to the accessory position a couple of times allowing the fuel pump to do its thing has it starting right up again.

Mine had an issue where it would start and then die right away the first time and then run normal on the second start up. I took some electrical cleaner and hit every sensor, connection, relay under the hood and that stopped it.
