I'm looking at a '01 intake manifold (I have a '95), Dodge Neon injectors, and a 63mm TB... Glad this sort of setup seems to have your approval!
Anyway, I love your Jeep... It's pretty much how I want mine, one day.
But do you mind telling me from where you got your bored TB? I've been looking at strokedjeeps.com (forgive me if it's .net or something) and just wanted to see if you had any input for me.

soo this is in the mail right now
http://hdoffroadengineering.myshopif...ation-brackets
and this is for my next paycheck
http://www.seriousoffroadproducts.co...ath=1231_2092&
So this will pretty much be the list of things i want to accomplish before winter comes,
1-SYE
2-Shackle Relocation bracket
3-REplace the shotty steering
4-driver floor pan and finish patching the holes in my rockers
5-replace the chain inside my TC( if that's what the problem is)
6-maybe a front JCR prerunner bumper and sloid diff covers!!

so this was kind of a pita!
first i noticed this when i was taqking the shackles off

dont think thats normal after 2 months lol
anyways this was before

after

at first i tried the brackets with the stock shackles, which turned out to be a bad idea i was a SUPER bumpy ride and knocked everytime i hit a bump. So i decided to just get a set of adjustable shackles which made the ride much much better
and got a good shackle angle
****ty thing tho is that 2 of the hitch bolts now do not reach the nut strips inside the unibody, so now i gotta get some longer ones

was happy when i flipped the carpet up

heyyoooooo serious offroads 1 ton steering is here
out with the old

tapered inserts

in with the new

took about 2.5 hours not too bad, it was like 3 am and we didn't even bother trying to do a diy alignement so i just drove it home and set it to a shop the next day. If ever anyone want to do this i recommend using a drill press for the pitman arm, it took as long as drilling both knuckles lol
all i can say is that its super beefy! i wont be affraid to bend something again
and there is no need of a steering stabilizer, went on the highway and hit some pot holes, no problemo!

the guy who did my alignment had a lifted yota on 33s

Awesome work! Did you have any problems with the new steering hitting your diff cover on full turns? I remember hearing that could be a problem with the UTK. I'm going to order their OTK kit this winter.
