Default 2000 cherokee metal grinding noise?? video

alright so any suggestions will be appreciated!!
so this noise only starts after at least 30 mins of driving and today was the worst. i think the noise started after i did a quick tranny flush(just emptied the pan and refilled it) not sure why it would be that but just letting yall know.(theres enough fluid i check today) next would be the TC, last time i check the fluid was about 3 months ago and it was fine, ill check again tomorow to make sure and try to pinpoint exactly where the noise is comming from.

Thanks!

Default Belt?

Is it clearly metal grinding, or could it be the belt slipping?

Well if im driving with the noise then i slide it into neutral, the noise goes away. Maybe it sounds more like gears running dry

Sounds like a transfercase chain rubbing in the transfercase housing

How old is it and how many miles are on your Jeep

Try putting it in 4 wheel drive and see if it gets worse.
4 low would make it especially loud I would think

its a 2000 with about 85miles, well the last time it made the noise i did put it in part time and full time and the noise was slightly louder, then it wouldnt go back into 2wd until the next day.

i flushed it today and the fluid was black, ill probably open it up next week
