Default My 2001 Cherokee build

I bought my Jeep about a year ago and since then i have put a good amount of time and money into my Jeep. The list of things ive done to it will only grow but i figured i would sit down and put together a thread of what ive done to it. I bought it with a small lift already on it, like a 2 inch with some 30/9.50 bfg mud terrains.

The first thing i bought for it was a new front bumper. I didnt like the idea of not having a good place to hook a strap up to if i got stuck.

After a few months i finally got enough money to lift it. So i went the cheap way and got a Rough Country 4.5 lift kit. I put 32/11.50/15 bfg km2's on it.
After i took it wheelin for the first time i nearly folded in my whole front fender so it was time to trim.

After i lifted it things started to go out like ball joints, hubs, and u joints. After replacing all those things i decided to get some rock sliders because a buddy of mine smashed up his door from sliding of a rock.

After the rock sliders my front drive shaft started to go so i bought a tom woods. Than i wheeled it alot and beat on it pretty good. My tie rod ends then began to go out so i figured I'd replace the weak, stock tie rods with some bigger Rusty's ones. (sorry dont have any pictures of the tie rods) Than i got rid of that crappy rear bumper and bought one with a hitch receiver built into it and a spare tire carrier off of craigs list.

Since i bought that cheap Rough Country lift, the leaf springs began to sag with the spare tire on the back, so i took it off and put the tire back in the inside like before. Than i wheeled it some more and ended up bending a lower control arm mount. I bought some thicker ones from Rusty's and got those welded on.

After that i decided it was time for bigger tires so i could bring the axles away from the ground. I put an add on craigs list and ended up buying some 35/12.5/15 goodyear mtr's.

Im yet to wheel the new tires because i still have to extend the bump stops some more. So i will take pictures of the upcoming things i will be doing to my Jeep. I have many other things i need to do because of these tires like putting in new gears, adding a trans cooler, and my front diff also needs to be rebuilt, so i should have lots of photos coming up.
