I cant change the title. POPO started this thread, so I have no access to changing advanced options in it.

If you go with shackles just make sure to paint them pink.

inflated to 120psi the back sits about an inch higher than the back. 70$ shipped on ebay and it rides great. Smoother than before with the stock setup. Well worth it in my opinion and a good alternative. air up for height air down for nuetral, air empty rides like stock

If you decide to lift this for the GF you can just replace with a fullpack. Or if you decide to keep a stock ride height you can order a HD replacement pack from a place like www.quadratec.com.

Yes, XJ's are spring over design.

ok so basically my jeep is sagging just about as bad, if Iam understanding right I should find a good replacement set from a junk yard that still have some life left, to get back stock BUT if I want to lift it I can get some S-10 or other jeep leafs and hack the eyelets off and use them in the pack to gain some inches? and also if I understand right you can go UP TO 3"s without haveing to change anything else out (iam not used to jeeps but I know after a certain height ,say on a ford you have to change the pitman arms and other stuff) ?

Here's all the info you'll need to piece together a lift. It includes shocks that will work and are a direct fit. The one highlighted in red are the ones you want http://www.rocklizardfabrications.co...dget_boost.htm .

we did the lift with a 3" budget boost from FAT BOBS on ebay. Shipped it was under 100 bucks. Add a leafs and front spring spacers.

He also found that fabtech has stock rear leaf packs for the same price as the local salvage yard wanted for used ones. ($75ea)

He said the only other thing he needed to get were some MOOG bushings. He also said altho the longer shocks were suggested, we are both very happy with how it looks and drives.

I cant remember which section it was in, but it was called SAGGY "butt" then changed to SAGGY REAR, and now it is good and where it belongs.

EBAY, I can ask POPO to fwd me the link and I can paste it if you want. I know he modified it using the stock elbow because the one from EBAY was to soft and colapsed on itself when it got warm under there. Also the hoses needed a little manipulation with a knife from the inside to slip on the Jeeps two fittings.
