Allow me to chime! Miss Popo posted that she was short, just how short? If she's 5'6" or shorter a 3" lift and 31's is going to make it a chore for her to get in and out of especially if she's wearing a dress and heels. Mines at 3" with 31" and its just about right for myself 6'4" and my son 6'1", Getting the Jeep back to stock ride height and dressing it with some meaty 30" tires might be a better route. They do awesome in the snow at stock height as long as you have decent tires. You can lift it later if she decides she'd like to and you have'nt dumped any unnecesary dough into it. I'll attach a couple pics of Miss Moneypenny, at stock with 30"s and at 3" with 31"s to hopefully give you some reference.

That's what everyone's here for. I learned a lot from this site. My Jeep still probably wouldn't be running right now if it wasn't from the help from some people on the forum. Keep us updated on your Jeep!

For $150 you could have bought brand new leaf springs from Quadratec http://www.quadratec.com/products/56010_12.htm . I'd stop that shipment if you can and use that $150 for new springs. Or you can get some 2" OME lift springs for $220 http://www.quadratec.com/products/16090_520.htm and then you can buy some coil spacers for $40 for the front.
I had found them on quadratecs site for 79 a piece, and I asked them about them, however they said they dont carry stock replacements, even though I was looking at and referring to the part number and listing

You must have caught a rep on their way out the door because they clearly have stock replacements http://www.quadratec.com/products/56010_12.htm . You also need to buy new bushings with them, but you want to do that anyway with the used leaves. I'm gonna either be getting a set of the stock replacements in the link above or the medium duty stock replacements that are also on the Quadratec website. Then I'm gonna hack apart my old leaves for an add a leaf to the new pack. That should net be about 2 inches and then I just need V8 Grand Cherokee springs for the front and I'll have a total of 4 inches of lift. I'm also gonna put 2 degree shims in the rear while I have everything ripped apart, so there's less stress on the driveline.

No problem. It's definitely worth the extra money because you know they will be good and last a while. Also, I'd consider the OME 2" lift packs for medium load and you won't have to worry about saggy add a a leafs. It would probably be $50 for the AAL when you can spend that $50 extra on the OME leafs instead of stock replacements and grab some $40 coil spacers for the front. A smooth riding 2 inch lift for under $300. Also, you can always go higher by using extended shackles and lift springs for another 2-3 inches in the future.
