I spontaneously decided to go wheeling today. With the doors off, I've never been down this trail before and I went threw a mud pit that a f250 with 40s got stuck in first try and I went threw it 6 times lol jeep win. Unfortunately me and my interior are now coated in mud. But I do have flex picks.

I don't think that word means what you think it means.

Once you start wheeling difficult trails you'll find out why people dislike t case drops

Hope it works out for ya man! I picked myself up a mj not to long ago to take up the duties of DD'n. love the thing for a 2.5 5 speed it still scoots right along and hauls good. Put a set of air shocks in the back to pump up the haulin load alittle. Manly just so it wouldn't squat so much with some weight. Make sure to post up some picks if it works out!

Will do. And if I get a comanche it's going to just be a second vehicle/project. Replace what needs to be replaced and maybe lift it 2" with some 31s but other than that I would want to make it look clean like it was back in 1990.

Replaced 4.0 out of another jeep, still haven't found out what jeep it's out of.

5 speed 2wd

Frame and body are solid except for rockers but that's common and ill just replace them when I replace my xj ones.

White! I'm a fan of white jeeps

So I'm going to check it out tomorrow and hopefully ill come back with a new mj project

Btw he's asking 1000. But he needs to get rid of it and ill show up with a trailer and hopefully talk him down

I just bought a 1986 Mj 2.4 litre 4 speed 2 wheel drive, Cherry red long bed (used to be blue) its from Virginia so it is SOLID. No rust. The rear axle still has the blue paint on it lol, very rare find up here in buffalo. Paid 1300 I'm bringing it home Monday or Tuesday, this will be a project truck not an offroad rig lol sorry to hardcore comanche wheelers. I will restore it to original condition and make her a cruiser, ill either leave it the hight it is or give it a 2" boat with some 31s. This xj thread will continue to move along as an offroad DD but you can look up project chief truck 86 Mj in the build threads on Monday or Tuesday. It will be on the slow side because I now have to pay for 2 vehicles and college but anyways here's some crappy iPhone pics I took while the guys son wrote me the receipt lol.
