Can you post some pictures of your fenders? I'm in the process of cutting but I don't know about the back part where the fender bolts up.

That's a home brew setup and I haven't drove that much with it on but I can tell you that it's loud lol you can hear the throttle open and I imagine the air going into my engine is much colder.Originally Posted by kennethboyd

Just cut vertical lines INBETWEEN the pinch welds. Stay about an 8th of an inch shy of where it meets the fender at the top for the best results when you fold them in.Originally Posted by RGibbs

I am only on 31's with a 3.5" lift - I dont think i could take the mpg hit though to go up to something like this. biggest id consider is 33s

Thanks lol yea the mpg I get with 35s isn't fun and having a low paying job and still being in high school doesn't help but I think re gearing will be worth it.Originally Posted by Bluebyu

I actually cut it so I only have 1 bottom bolt holding my fender, it instill holds up good.Originally Posted by NewJerseyXJ609

That's What I thought. How flimsy is your fender if you poke it at the body line?Originally Posted by jamorrowxj

I do eventually want to get thicker axle shafts for the front (I figure the 29 spline 8.25 in the back is strong enough) but I am still in high school with a ***** job so I don't really have the money to make everything happen at once lol.Originally Posted by Xj88
Gonna truss your axles or anything? May wanna consider beefing them up a bit
