You can get more out of it than that.

What'd you do for bumps in the rear?

Look back on my thread, I used my sway bar drop brackets to drop the factory bump stops.

How are you liking the different width in the tires? Any ride quality issues? Looks sick man, good work!

I like the wider tires in the back, it makes it look really nice cuz usually the front tires stick out farther past the fender than the back on most jeeps and mine stick out about the same amount so it makes it look really nice. As far as performance goes it doesn't negatively effect anything (except mpg's) lol and despite the with in the back they get pretty good traction on snowy roads.

I like your rig. My bumper used to be like that, stock bumper shortened and capped. But I got it ripped off when my tow points got yanked through the frame. so i built another one. =D Btw, you need to bump stop those rears so you can flex more, I figure you stop the rear from chewing up those fenders, and moving you'll start to flex the front more! great build!

Looks awesome man, good flex too! I have a 3" lift on 32's I don't want to trim my fenders though although it's probably inevitable.

Rears are bump stopped. The only place the tire touches the body is the rusted out bottom of the rear quarter panel and I have plans for that anyway so I don't care if my tire rubs it alittle.

So I recently added a new idea to the list of stuff I want to do to my xj...cold air intake and heat wrap header. I want to do the kind of cold air intake where you draw in air from here

Then it goes threw your firewall into the engine compartment here

I saw a write up on this once but now I can't find it, could someone point me in the right direction?

That's called a cowl intake. Might have more luck finding a writeup using that word.
