SATURDAY MORNING
Hey guys. My name is Kris Froehlich, owner of Froehlich Suspension Tech. Started the build on my next Jeep, Just thought I would share it with ya guys. Trying to get this done for the Puyallup Swap Meet on the 13th so it should go pretty quick. Here are some parts that will be going onto the jeep today. We should be starting on it soon. As soon as everybody wakes up and gets here to Brandons house. (My Business Partner) Decided to do it here cause its a remote location and we have the house to hang out in and cook food. lol
Here are some of the parts and pieces.
1.25" solid hex, 7/8ths hiem, crossover steering.

1.75" solid hex, 1.25" hiem, LCA's. and 1.25", 7/8ths hiems, UCA's.

The crossmember has about 3/4 drop in it. Maybe a little less.

The rear bumper looks killer. Cant wait to see the suspension come together. Looking to upgrade to long arm myself. Is this another choice I may have in doing so?

Interesting build. I appreciate all the pictures. I'm more of a touch it, see it, smack your knuckles on it kind of guy. So the pictures help me process.
Forgive my ignorance but what are the end specifications of your build?
4.5 long arm, 3-link?

No dont worry about it, my fault I never specified. Front 3 link with 8 inch coils and 14" bilstein shocks. The jeep will actually sit at about 7 inches after adding all the armor.
this might be a dumb question but have you ever thought of making bumpers out of aluminum? i thought that would be stronger and lighter on the supension but probably super expensive.

You can by some aftermarket bumpers aluminum but they are expensive. And I still dont actually understand why wou would want to. Yea they are lighter, but they wont take a hit without denting like steel would. The difference in weight wouldnt be significant enough... As long as you have proper valved shocks, proper spring rate coils, you shouldnt have an issue with ride quality or handling if that is what you are worried about...
