hey man the set-up looks really stout and I love the flex! I have never heard of this company before, are they fairly new?

Thanks guys. I have been building jeeps ever since I was 16. Started out as a regular guy that could afford to buy a setup, I had the tools and knowledge so I just designed my own long arm kit and have reworked it over the years. People started asking me to build their rigs and I always go comments on my rigs performance and looks. I decided to make a business out of it. We are still a small business with a few employees so production time is a little longer but I think many guys feel it is worth the wait.

Thanks guys, Again this build still isnt 100% finished. I will definitely be adding some more goodies and posting up pics.

I like the heims for steering. Other companys offer them as well. Originally designed for offroad use but my rig is also my daily driver. If you use good quality heims, which we do, then they will actually last longer then a tie rod end. You can also get more misalignment out of a heim and due to how I designed the setup there is no drag link or tie rod roll which really tightens up the over all steering. The track bar and trackbar/draglink angle are really the key in the whole setup. The track bar is double sheer with heims on both ends. Yea you tend to feel cracks in the road a little more but when you turn the steering wheel the vehicle actually responds like its supposed to instead of feeling "squishy".

The rear disc brakes are currently being reworked. Originally it was a weld on bracket but I wanted to make it bolt on. The first few we ordered from the laser as a prototype didnt quite line up like I'd like to and we had to modify them to complete that part of the build. You will see more of them more after we get the revised order back. The setup uses pre 87 caliper (the ones that have a complete bolt on assembly) and 90 and up rotors (they have a bigger "hat" opening that fits around the 44 mounting plate).

Im running KM2 35, 12.5, 15r. I love them, thinking of going to 37s though. Not any bigger cause I dont want to move up into comp classes that the full buggies are in... yet. When I go to the 37s I will be building a high pinion waggy width hybrid 44 for the front. As for gears I have yet to decide if im going to throw the mony into the d30 thats sitting under there now then regear the 44 once I get that done. I am currently on stock 3.54s and I plan on 4.88s.

In the next year you guys will also see my 4.6 stroker rebuild.

Wow, I type alot...

you answer questions effectivley and thuroughly! which is nothing to shame over, especially in regards to your awesome build. im doing 4.88s for mine with 35's but cant really afford the hp or waggy swap. i have the xj 44 but have yet to see someones disc conversion really work the way there supposed to. needless to say im very interested. i love the progress and time span. i think we all dream to be able to build a rig so fast but cant and are restricted by budget. good build

Well I am more or less still a poor jeep owner like most of my customers. lol I actually already had half the parts for this build from my previous build but I had an accident. http://naxja.org/forum/showthread.php?t=1052123 I already had most of the other parts from the tear down. D44, D30 aussie, 297 shafts, tires, 3 wheels, leaf springs, coils, upper control arm, front bumper, and winch. So for this build I still needed to upgrade to the latest crossmember and lower control arms, buy a new rim, shocks all the way around, still needed to build the new rear bumper, and buy a new Jeep. I spent most of my income tax return in one week... lol

Unique choice with the hex material; I like it! What are you paying per foot?

Looks like you are running small 3/4 elliptical or buggy springs in the rear from your RTI ramp shots.

Interesting choice. Do you have plans for an antiwrap bar for the rear?
because you will most certainly get wrap with that small single buggy leaf spring.

1-1/4 hex is about 80 bucks per 12' bar. 1-3/4 is about 150 per 12'. Its solid and extremely strong. Looks cool, unique like you said. But one of the best features is that you can throw a crescent wrench on it to adjust your arms nicely instead of having to mess them all up with a big pipe wrench.

I actually dont get axle wrap as bad as I originally thought I would. The buggy leafs arent super long on this thing so that helps. I also have a removable pin to hold them up when I dont want them. Was thinking of throwing an anti wrap bar on there but decided I didnt want to waist the time a material. They are just to hold me over till I link the rear. FROEHLICH SUSPENSION TECH REAR COIL CONVERSION COMING OUT IN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS!

Also. Jeep got its first dent on memorial day! Passenger fender.
