The MK18 will be fun, wish I could get SBR's here in Commifornia.
I'm surprised you even have what you've posted so far lol. But ya a suppressed mk18 needs to happen.. and a scar 17.... and I want to get into long range shooting. Unfortunately no where to shoot past 300m around here

I live in a county thats pretty relaxed with gun laws fortunately, granted 10rd mags for semi-autos still apply, "approved roster" of handguns we're allowed to buy, yadda yadda.
Man... I gotta get home and start building. I made it this far last night, only because I couldn't find my ball peen hammer. Pistol grip, safety (AMBI - for the record, I'm a lefty), mag release, and trigger guard. (sorry pictures are poo-poo)
Also, a little bit of "flare" added to the upper receiver. That's just grease on there. Rifle will get a good cleaning when it's complete.
I've had my smitty 9.5k x20 for around 2 years now and it's worked perfect for my needs. I've only used it to recover my jeep twice but oh my was I buried and it had no problems pulling me out. You'll love having a winch either way though.. I use mine to pull out and put in my dock every year now and wow is it so much easier.
Spent the last hour or two getting the whole bumper fully tacked, test fit and welded out probably 75% of it.
One thing is for sure, it ain't easy running these long consistent beads without stopping or nipping the corners. Fairly happy with how the welds are turning out though. The majority of the exterior welds are getting ground smooth before paint, but I digress.

Those welds look pretty good, once you grind them down and paint they'll look seamless!
Picked up a reman Durango box through my work. Only paid 120 bucks including the $16 core. Just going to keep the old box and rebuild it and keep it as a spare.
