Default Just another DD

thought I'd make this But I didn't take pics of doing my lift :/

So far I've got thunderbird coils off a 93 thunderbird v6, and s10 bastard pack in the rear. used some monroe shocks from http://www.lunghd.com/Tech_Articles/...udget_Lift.htm on it. In the front I netter 4.5 inches and in the rear 4 inches from stock spec. Put some 31x10.5 BFGoodrich A/Ts on. Fitted a ZJ handle on the console

Super clean, and looks so much better with more distance from the ground. Never heard of. using thunderbird coils. How's the ride?

Up front it's pretty nice around the city. The little highway ive done isn't bad, but I've got DW so gotta wait for http://www.ironman4x4fab.com/Products/TB.html to come in. Hope it fixes it. The back is pretty stiff, hoping these will fix that http://www.liquidironindustries.com/...e=0&featured=Y

Those sliders are sweet, been looking at those myself. Have you done an alignment since the lift?

Did Like three self alignments and then took it to a shop. My axle up front is like 3/4" or so off to the drivers side, I really hope thats what is causing it. A steering dampener made it a lot better but I'm not one for band aids. I'm really confused cause the shop put my tires toe out... gonna make them correct that when I go back after my new track bar is in.

Track bars gonna help it a lot, 4" is a little too much for the stock one. And yeah, they need to correct that and maybe an explanation.

Well it has some kind of warranty on it where if I get into a small fender bender or hit a curb or w/e they said than they will realign it for free.

That's good, so you won't have any problems getting it done. Still wonder why they would set the toe out.

I know lol. They even told me it was too much toe in, which I believed cause I just got my bigger tires on lol. I should have looked at the spec sheet before I got home

3" is the recommended max for both the track bar and control arms. 3"+ you should swap both, they could be the cause of your death wobble.
