I removed all carpet on Friday finding out rear seat area and cargo area in pretty good shape. I did find this interesting huge gap behind moulding bear gas filler area. This allowed for water and mud intrusion from previous owner. It looks like body panels were never seamed properly and they left gap. Unless there is a panel on inside of filler area that rotted I don't seem to show signs of damage or rot from inside.

Thoughts? Other than I'll fix it and close it up but I found it odd.

What are folks around here using to dye seats fabric? I like that idea and think I'll do that on mine so I figured I ask what works?

Hey? what year is this? I'm looking at the door panels thinking I would much rather have those door panels and switch panels than what is in my 97.

Look farther down the road because they are. I started thinking about what I could do for my grandchildren the day my first daughter was born.

Good thing too! It's not about how your kids turn out... It's all about how your grand kids turn out. It all comes back to roost and it will always be your fault whether it is or not. lol

Ask me how I know... 11 grand kids later...

Mainly I want my kids to stay little which is obviously not going to happen lol.

I told my girls if they get married it will all be on the same day as they are so close in age. 7,5 & 3. The only man in their life they need right now is their father

I know that day will come sooner than I would like. This world is a crazy place so I just hope the best as we all do for our kids.

Sorry... Just basing it on reality and current experience. lol

My wife and I decided if we were going to have kids we had better get them done and out of the way so that we were not taking them to the school bus on our way to get our SS check in the mailbox.

Looks like you did the same...

Well then came the grandkids... lol We didn't look far enough ahead to see that one coming. What you are doing now you will still be doing until about the time the great grandkids come and then maybe you can slow down and relax a bit.

If you love your clan this is how it will work. So you might as well wrap your head around the reality of it. Those who tell you it is different don't care much about their clan at all and are selfishly neglecting their duties as elders.

If you want to know what is to come, I am living it right now and can help you prepare for it now rather than get blindsided. lol

It's all good though, it is as it was meant to be and I love every minute of it!

Oh I'm just teasing you! I wouldn't have it any other way so your right I love my clan. If they populate over the years to come I'll take it. Once I retire my wife and I will be moving closer to East Coast to buy our first home a old farm house with good amount of property and just going to live our lives simple. We will have plenty of land to hunt and grow crops to live off our land. Most of my family does that now so I can't wait to belong in that club.
