I'm inexperienced, don't really know a ton about cars in general or Jeeps for that matter, but I'm interested in doing my first XJ build. I'm torn between opting for a low mileage, clean, more expensive stock car or a higher mileage, may need some work type car but with wiggle room on the budget. I would like to add a lift kit/suspension and new tires and wheels while keeping below about 8k total. Is this possible? I wouldn't be doing the suspension myself so labor included. I'm going to attach some models I'm looking at and would really appreciate if anybody could point me in the right direction. I know the basics like stay away from rust, 97 to 99 is better than 00 to 01, and to look out for death wobble etc. but need a second eye to look at these.
