So I was looking over the 4.2 crank I had sitting in my shop for couple years (got it for free along with connecting rods). It isn't as rusty as I thought it was... Most of it can be removed with wire brush (on the journals) then I can clean it up with 1500 sandpaper.
I'm gonna start researching about stroking the engine without boring it out .030 over. I believe it ll net about 4.5L.

HA! Well, no wonder I didn't know about the updates with this thing. I've never come and check it out.
So did it have more to do with the purple monster from McD's or the fact that you "grimmaced" while looking at the suspension for the first time
Hey, how do you take the throttle shaft out with the spring in tact for paint everything?

Finished cleaning and painting the throttle body.

As some of u know, I have been selling injectors on the forum for years. Lately I was too busy to sell anything so I had some 784's laying around. (Obviously wouldn't be compatible with this jeep). I posted them up for trade and I ll be getting ford 700 injectors. Gonna be interesting to try them out and see what happens.
