Small update... I got my cylinder head in last week from Odessa/Clearwater. Looks really nice. I'll update this post with some pictures later. Plan was to take this past Thursday and Friday off and start tearing things down. Well, I took those days off, but we ended up going on a camping trip so nothing happened with the Jeep. Life's been pretty damn busy lately, so trying to find extra time to do anything is difficult. I'll be sure to update as I can. I really want to get rolling on the Jeep again now that I can take my time with it.

Nice subaru! They're everywhere up here in AK. It makes me want one as a daily. My new commute is a lot of highway miles which the jeep doesn't excel at. It would be nice to get something more comfy w/ awd and heated seats for the drive.

Thanks! It's a fun little car and I get compliments on it all the time. The heated seats are definitely nice, but with the warm fall we've had I haven't really needed them yet. I definitely recommend one, but go with a non turbo if you're worried about gas prices.

Between work, school, and trying to make sure I have fun, progress on just about everything is crazy slow. I'm gonna make a serious effort to dig into the XJ this week. I'll definitely update with pictures here as soon as I can.
