It gets beat alot worse than that on the trails... and this is basically my backyard, so no trouble getting it home if something were to go wrong
if i was miles away from home, your right this might not be the best idea.. the worst casenareo here, i just break something and have to make it better so it doesnt break next time

i cut the fender and bumper with a dremel with reinforced cuttoffwheels from home depot...
use an angle grinder with a cuttoff wheel on the bumper, otherwise it will take forever. but i definitly would use the dremel on the fenders...
yah i love having the doors off, right now im working on a way to have one connector that runs through the inside of the door so i wont have to remove anytrim, or worry about any black acordian thingy, haha... but anyway when im done with it ill post pics and ill be able to take the doors on and off in less than a minute!

I was planning on using the grinder for the fender and a sawzall for the flares and finish with sandpaper. I really should invest in a dremel though.
I'm gonna do the same thing as zach since I have no pw's or pl's. I've got two 4 inch speakers for the kickplate and two more to fill the space with the cupholders in the back. I'm also going to weld a piece of 12 ga over the big hole. I have the older style hinges ('96) and it takes me about a minute to remove or attach both doors. I LOVE IT! I just finished making a set of tube doors and will update my build thread once they get painted if ya want to see them
