Build plans:

Stage 1:

Im gunna start out very mildley and get used to everything and build some driving skills and have a good time...
mild xj
3inch lift
31's
front tow pts (possible a bumper considering hooks and brackets cost 100+)
as much armor as possible

Stage two:

As soon as the funds grow big enough... (like thats gunna happen lol) anyway if they ever do, here are the plans:

this stage i will be shooting for a low center of gravity...

Suspension:
-4.5 inch RC LA lift

Axles & Gearing:
-HP D30 up front
-D44 rear w/ disc brakes
-4.56 gears
-Lockers

Tires and Wheels:
-34" tires
-Crager soft 8's

Performance:
-Bored Throttle Body
-CAI

thats just a rough overview of the things i hope to eventually take on... its gunna be a very slow process especially considering during this build ill be getting tools and gear and knowledge that the avarage person allready has...

-------------------------

Well, after about 6months of searching for my first cherokee and first car, i finally got it!!!!!!

Its a 2001 White Jeep Cherokee Sport

While we were down there we did some posing

We drove about 4 hours south to the beach to get it.

first thing we did was get a rear view mirror because it didnt have one

Did some donuts in a feild of dirt.

and we even got to see the blue angels fly!!!

anyway, it was an awesome day!!!

Congrats Leo, you picked up a nice clean XJ. Now that you have closed that chapter of XJ research, it's time for the extensive research on lifts and modifications.

Congrats!

First thing i instilled in my son with his first Jeep was maintenance and cleanliness. Dont get in a rush to make it into something you desire by ignoring the things it takes to keep it around for a long time to come.
