My fix was to come down to the axle tube behind the shock then hard line over to the C's where another flex line then goes to brake caliper.

Does that shock not bind in the bushing when the arm swings down? Seems like it should be turned 90* to follow with the arm more. Also, I've seen door springs like on a screen door used to keep brakelines up toward the frame rail so when drooping it can come out, but when not needed it's up toward the framerail out of the way.

The shock would actually bind more if it was turned.
I previously had them that way, however, both options allowed enough room for it to droop.

Good idea on the Door Springs to keep the slack out of the way.
I used bungee cords previously and they helped some.

That's a pretty convenient place to mount a shock! Good progress, man.

This past weekend was the best wheeling trip I've ever been on with quite the turn out:

Spent over 40hrs in the driver seat of the Jeep over the last week covering around 1000 miles over 3 states and hitting two separate trail systems.

Since I was driving all this I had to be loaded down with spare parts:

I arrived at AOP late Thursday night were it got down to 23 degrees.
My view waking up that Friday morning:

We wheeled from sun up to sun down on some of the best rock crawling I've had on the east coast. Not to many pics of from that day unfortunately but here's some I took from trails 55 & 71 respectively. We also hit trail 41 which is another great trail at the park.

The following day we hit Copinger Cove:

Copinger cove is more trail riding than rock crawling but you better be prepared for deep river crossings.
We had 4 on the way in and the same 4 on the way out averaging about 2ft deep
Number 3 was the worst as I splashed my intake both times crossing it, falling into a hole that brought the water level up to the marker lights.

Thank God for my Prefilter. It was completely soaked when I pulled it off right after the crossing. Pulled it off and the filter was dry underneath.

At what I'm going to call the back of the trail system is a cave:

You can drive into the cave, however, it is a pretty difficult bit and with over 15 rigs we would have easily spent a day just getting us all in and out of that one obstacle.

We opted to explore it on foot instead then head over to the stair step water fall:

Passing by this gorgeous view on the way:

The Water Fall Climb:

Well I'm proud to say that after all this the only real repair I have to make is to my CB.
All the trees beat my CB antenna mount to death and ripped out the cable.

Oh man you were right in my neighborhood.
If you plan another trip over here, let me know and I'll tag along.
Glad you had fun!

Absolutely, we will be running it again next year.

Probably in reverse order though with the Cove on Friday and AOP on Saturday. We kept running into other large groups after lunch and there isn't many places there to pull of or turn around.

Sounds good. I'll be here.

I can take you to a couple of more caves in the cove as well. (None that you can drive in like the other one)
The cove is so large, it's hard to find all the places.

Well just before my AOP trip these came up for sale:

Set of 37s mounted on 17" Allied Beadlocks

I must say I am in love!!

I was initially worried about the turning radius and whether they were balanced or not.
Tires clear lock to lock and they had no problems running 75 down the interstate!
