Then Completed the Setup by installing a new bastard pack:

Still need to install the extend YJ parking cables and I have some slight high speed driveline vibes but all in all shes good to go. Even found this old pick from back in the day:

Well time to wrap up the rear end rebuild with some longer parking cables:

Added a threaded coupling nut:

You may notice I cut the recoil springs down to reuse, there supposed to assist with the return.

Hey what cables did you use? I noticed when I was putting the lift on the rear in mine that the cables seem to be at just about max length without articulation.

Don't forget about the pinch seams!

They like to make nice pretty lines in your tires.

Well been help AdamK a lot lately getting his jeep read for the Uwharrie run.

That made mine jealous....

Radiator developed a leak right below the upper radiator hose.
Though it was the hose so I replaced it. Oh well I wasn't so lucky...

Gonna be a long labor day weekend.

To do list:

Drivers upper & lower Ball Joints
Replace Left and Right Ends on Tie Rod

New Radiator
New Hoses
New Water Pump
New ZJ Clutch Fan

Replace Intake Manifold Gasket
Replace Valve Cover Gasket

Well I started out by replacing my Upper Radiator Hose because I saw it had a leak.
Unfortunately I also had to replace my T-stat housing to because I cracked it in the process.

That didn't fix my problem so a little digging determined the Radiator Tank had a crack...

On to the repairs:

I pulled the header panel so I had more room to work:

Fan shroud out of the way, the radiators ready to come out:

Replaced my 5 year old water pump just because:

New Water Pump & ZJ Fan Clutch in the fore ground:

When I pulled my Old Fan Clutch I could see oil residue indicating it was bad.
