Haha leak is an understatment. That thing absolutely pours it out. When you flew past me on the way to the outpost it was louder than your tires and my music haha.

I started a thread and most post agree it's probably just an exhaust leak so I'll be pulling it all and redoing it.
Also, I looked into the Cold Air Mods, the ideas are coming together.

Here's what I'm gonna run. There are homebrew versions that can be made for far less but this is such a clean set up I can justify spending 150. Plus it keeps the fliter out of the cowl and away from the elements

It definitely did have some *** behind it. Just get a good quality gasket and you should be good to go.

More so since I won't have to clear the intake over the Valve Cover

New box of goodies showed up at the house from summit racing.
Mostly just some parts for repairs but I did pick up more parts for the front end build:

Nice build! I assume you had to "massage" the new header because of your 99+ intake? What made you realize the gasket that came with it was no good?
I've seen a lot of people using RTV Copper on both sides of that gasket. I think I'm going to try that this time around.

Just got back from a road trip. Filled up right before I got on the interstate, then again when I exited.
93 miles according to the odometer. With 33's & 4.56 I'm 8% off so actually drove 85.6 miles.
I kept it right at 2500 rpm the whole way.
Consumed 4.6 gallons of 87 octane
18.6 mpg!
I didn't fill up on the way back, so I'll do a full tank mix driving update when I do.

Rain really screwed up plans today. Jeep starting to show signs of a bad ijnition cool with not wanting to crank and some random misfires. Also tried over heating again... Oh it's a love hate relationship
