My first xj build! Limited budget for the time being (broke high school student) I got about 1000 to spend. Lookin for maybe a 4.5 with 35's

still had original plugs, and wires when I got it at 175000 miles, ill take suggestions on what I should do

Well that depends on what you want out of your XJ and what you use it for. Sounds like you have good plans already though. Clean XJs that have survived this long with minimal rust and wear don't need much to look good in my opinion.
