Wow, Russia? Are Jeeps common there?

Can't say if I've ever seen a Russian made vehicle here in USA.

And those hats on the fence posts?

It is the house of my grandmother and it has hung up all it for appearance.
On a fence hats, and pots from pig-iron for food cooking hang not.

That rear bumper looks stock, but different than what we see here in the USA, specifically the end caps that seem to double as trim for the lower rear quarter panel.

the rear bumper looks like a normal 97-01 to me

Yeah they are normal...how I never noticed those i do not know. I saw an XJ driving around today with endcaps like that so my bad.
