We got the return details and replacement worked out today. Bad timing with the holidays.

Received my OR Fab quarter panel armor today, its sweet. Forgot to take pics

 

Nice looks like your dropping the same amount of cash as me. I still have a list of things.lol

 

Thanks camp. One day I'll have to add up what I've laid out. Ain't going to be pretty but still less than if I bought a LJ Rubicon.

Seems like every time I say I'm nearing the end of a phase something goes haywire so I'm not going to jinx things this time.

That being said. I received the replacement slider yesterday. We will do the mock up tomorrow and then paint and install. With all that's gone on I don't expect any problems this time.

To round out the body armor I picked up a set of lower quarter panel armor from DirtBound. Those will be installed over the next couple days and the rust spot we found on pass side lqp will be prepped and treated.

Orfab armor has been installed and all the little remaining items are pretty much done.

Epic build! I wish I had the resources to build my XJ like this! off to buy lottery tickets...lol. Great work.

 

Thanks Pockets. The build over the last year has been fun and educating but at times felt like I was throwing money down a hole.

 

Got that right. Things are good here. Got the call I was hoping for. The armor is done and XJ ready for pickup. Heading out Saturday can't wait.
