did you get another 0331 head or an older one?

 

I got a rebuilt one off of a 1999 so im not sure what the casting on that would be but there not as prone to cracking.

Thanks guys and no I havnt had time to work on it yet. However maybe tonight and tomarrow. Oh and im going to get my surco and 2 KC's mounted up on it tomarrow. Getting it used from a guy on jeep forum. Should be sweet and I will post pics.

 

Alright got the Surco and KC's mounted and wired up and it looks boss. Also put some reverse lights on it as well and wow im in love with those things. pictures later tonight

Looks good. Is your frt. sway bar discoed? If so, those must be some really stiff springs.

 

nope sway bar still connected so its not too bad I feel like if I disconnect it the fronts would rub. I am surprised how well that AAL flexes tho.

 

Nah, you wont rub too bad. At least it will give you a starting point as to how much you would need to add to the bumpstops. Mine rubbed(ate) my fender. I added two pucks to my RE ones total of around 4". Eventually I would like to get a set of "acos".

yeha I still have to bumpstop my rear ones fell off lol so I dont have any but Im building new axles for it so the rear will get a IRO truss with intergrated bumpstop extenders
