Well after getting everything squared away an offer I couldnt refuse came along. I traded the XJ for a 99WJ so the addiction is over for this build. On to the next.LOL

Hey question and this is Cherokee related what did you weld your rockers too? Is it the pinch seem or did you weld it too beyond that ?

The rockers were spot welded and bolted to pinch, allong sills and a,b,c pillars. Plans were to go back to the plated uni body. Never got to it.

Yup, using the 4" long arm kit, 35s, trimming and a bunch of tube..
Brought it to Jay-Fab-Offroad today. Where we will be doing most of the work. A good friend donated a couple 35s for mock up.
This will also become an, R&D for the wj product line.

how does one trim fenders and driver during the winter and not have them rust and rot during the winter?

Minimal driving.... in winter. Winter is for upgrades, and repairs.lol
On the serious side. Its all in the prep work. We try to finish all the trimming right to final paint. In the salt belt it just means consistant up keep. I refinish mine every spring. This pictuclar rig wont see DD usage as much as my XJ did.
