Guess I'll start a build thread. This way I have some documentation of this project. Sorry I have no before pics, but I bought it back in 2006. It had a beat and worn 3" Skyjacker and 31s on stock steelies. Also a hack job of a system in it.( boxes and amps every where). Thats where it started.
Gutted system installed new head unit and replacement speakers(doors and sound bar). Tore out carpet, repaired floors, and herculined it. Added CB, extinguisher and called int. done.
Installed C-rok rear bumper removed all plastic, trimmed fenders, added 3/4 rustys shackles, rustys flowmaster cat back and put on 32s.
This summer I cut frt. bumper and added some recovery, installed RE4.5 super flex kit, w/HD trac-bar and mount, adj.uppers and RE shocks. I also installed a JKS rear shock crossmember durring the lift. Still sits on 32s.
Much more to come.

Hood vents are off of 85 Trans am. Dont think I would have done these if my hood wasn't screwed up in the first place.( tree was throwing branches at me when wheeling one day) I like them though and they were free.

CB mounted between visors. Also made a roof rack w/tire mnt. off a YJ. havent used it yet. If I use it, I'll be mounting it w/gutter mounts. Spare still fits in back.

I've never seen this JKS cross member dealie,... where does it bolt to? I had to punch out the nuts cause the bolts broke and it was a pain to fish nuts through the and them bolt the shock up to that. I was gonna build new shock mounts and weld them to the body like others have done but this looks more adjustable,..

Its very adjustable. The PO actually welded the shocks to the under body, so I was looking for somthing to repair that. After doing some looking around for the best fix, I found the crossmember on JKSs web site. I contacted a good friend over at Motion offroad and ordered one. It will bolt on also if your shock bolts actually come out.
I simply welded a mounting plate to the orginal location of the bolts, and ran grade eight hardware throught them to mount crossmember. I would use this product even if I didnt have original problem.
