This is the "chassis" TDI harness once all the extra stuff is stripped out.
The 6 pin jack at the top is to connect to the "engine" harness.
This has worked out really well and made routing the harnesses much easier since I'm dealing with two small harnesses rather than one large one.
I should say that I don't have to meet any smog testing so the EGR, O2 and some other sensors have been removed which made the harnesses easier.

Finaly got the shocks in.
The fronts are Monroe Reflex 911524 which bolted right in and Monroe 37029 on the rear along with a BPE kit from Rusy's.

I also put the 1st 5 gallons of diesel into it in antici...pation.

Not sure if you've changed the weight much, but loosing the rear swaybar, you'll still be ok for on rd and then get quick discos for the front. I've ran rear swayless through rain and snow storms and never lost the rear end. You should give it a one week trial and test how she feels. Would help oh those logging rds

Once I get it on the road I'll play with the sway bar.
Its about 100lbs lighter in the front.

The XJ's with the Up Country package came without a rear sway bar from the factory. I doubt you'd notice the difference unless running a really soft leaf pack. With coil springs it's a different story.

Mine came with upcountry springs and the rear sway bar. Must have been the sway bar.

Figured out how to mount both Jeep and TDI ECM's.
This bracket bolts to the inner fender, holds both ECM's, the glow plug relay and room for a few more relays for lights and other stuff.

Still have some wiring to finish up.

Very very slick!

I think this thread is a little overdue for some videos, though, eh?
