New IAC

Drip rails on.

Out with the old.

Lol that driveline angle.

Taking off the rollers, and putting on some dailys. You can see the paint here does not match up well. I have plans to respray the whole thing one day to get a nice even texture.

First time driving it anywhere.

Balancer is a bit out of balance.

Electric fan conversion. These red ones from amazon are garbage, 2 died within a couple months.

Time to fix frame and install bumpers

This is after the pull, it was all crushed in before

welded a plate to the inside of the rail and filled in all the holes

Using these bumper mounts, the dent in the frame is not relevant since they tie in much further back.

Wiring up the doors.

Tires look a bit undersized.

Playing around with wheel options

Tried stripping the clearcoat off the wheels I had. Then realized I cant really buff out the oxidation.

New kicks

Full size spare

Needs more lift. I do not want to cut the fenders to make the 33s clear.

Mocking up the stabilizers.

Added 3 inch spacers to the front.

Rear still needs springs/

Useless

Trash

Some great wiring done by previous owner.

3 vs 6

Finally leveled, with the spare installed.

Lol driveline angles.

SYE install

Bumpstop install

Ebay halogens. Will get oracle headlights down the road.

Headliner installed.

These Smitty latches are awful. If you run this rear bumper you will need to install an aftermarket latch system.

no idea why I cant fit a can here.

Swing arm latch installed, and plate bracket installed. Screw on mud flaps installed

Good question. Been looking at the ironman4x4 setup, they take a while to fab, but seem like the most heavy duty.

WOW I cannot believe you went through all that. Good work. Why rivets rather than weld the panels in?

Was concerned with them rusting at the welds. With rivets, I can paint all surfaces.
