Riveted the trans tunnel from the underside.
Making up a patch panel for rusted out wheel well.
Touched up everything with more POR
So worth it. Even for harbor freight garbage.

Finally got it out of my buddies garage.
Fitting the fabricated hatch corners.
Just pinting over everything with POR, had so much left over from the couple gallons I bought.

First parts going back on the jeep
Cleaned up the old roof rails, I like the stock look of these.
Test fitting
Scored some vent windows off a buddy.
Seals came in
Doors on.
All new hardware.

Deburring by hand, pretty much what I did for every rivet hole I did.
Ended up cleaning the fuel filter hangar. They are stupid expensive on ebay.
All new lines

New hardware.
Installed rubber pads for where the seats will contact.
Test fitting the rack
Cutting hood latches.
Very happy with these.
Hood struts installed.

Cleaning up roof rails, going to paint them red.
All new brake hardware. Maybe WJ swap in the future.
New shocks
Speakers in
Did not have an oven
China made intake. Works pretty well
Cheapest diff cover on amazon. Plan on upgrading it to an armored one someday.
