well attempted at putting the hitch I got on today, but that didn't really work out, so attempt number 2 weather pending. needs to be on by the 27th though, so I got time.
Lift is also on the 20th and 21st.
ZJ coils
1.75" spacers
bastard pack in the rear (hoping to get close to 4" in the rear)
maybe .5" shackles, maybe. at some point probably.
fat bobs garage shocks from amazon (ordering on friday)
also swapping in a new D30 with new rotors/brakes on it (mines messed up a little)
Dukie Disco's
33" BFG Mud Terrains KM1s
Rugged Ridge SYE
XJ front driveshaft
trimming the fenders a little bit
a little bit of rustoleum bedliner or herculiner, not sure which one we're going to do yet.
and a little bit of plasti-dip for style.
will probably order some 3.5-4.5" coils later on and then sell the spacers and ZJ coils. will also be ordering a IRO double shear track bar in the near future as well. started trying to pull a V8 ZJ tie rod today, but we didn't have the right size socket.
she's going to be a lot different for the next wheeling trip.

the other day I drove my buddies YJ (5 speed) and ever since then I now want to swap my XJ to a 5 speed. Thanks xjclassicxj.....making me want to spend more money....
I'm thinking getting a donor Jeep from the junkyard that has all the pieces I need, and then swapping everything over, and then parting out the rest, so it's possible I could end up with a 5 speed Jeep, and then more money to spend on my Jeep. = D I'm thinking after I lift my Jeep, and get it situated, and finish paying some other things I'll start saving to get the donor vehicle, and then get the donor vehicle after I find one, and then get to work.
12/14/2013 EDIT: yeah....that's not going to happen.....

shocks have been ordered. and that's the last thing I needed. now they better get there before next friday, and considering they're coming from amazon, I have a feeling they'll be here on monday.

I also now have 2 soundbars and an extra set of speakers. so now I just need to go get some speaker wire and then I'll be ready to relocate my speakers/add rear speakers in preparation for going doorless.
one of the soundbars is still covered in cloth, and I think I'm going to keep it that way. Think I'm going to throw that one in the back. the other I think I'm just going to bedline = D and use that one up front.

wasn't able to start the lift today because of the weather, but we'll get to it tomorrow.
I actually took the subs out of my Jeep now. the back sits a little higher up now. I also smashed my tail light with them as I was taking it into the house....

thanks.
and well I think we did something new to the Cherokee world as well.
I used the second leaf of an F-150 and used it to replace the second leaf in the XJ pack. that is all I did for the rear. so I only have 4 leafs in the rear. it gave me the lift I needed to match the front (almost perfectly) and still be able to flex pretty well, but not enough to where it's hitting the tires on the wheel well.

just some action of my Jeep.
also, plans have changed. I love the height it's sitting at now (2.75" lift and 33s)
going to be getting a CB to install.
I need/want to get sliders. I'm playing more on the rocks, and I don't want to mess up my rocker panel.
I really want a new front bumper as well. thinking something mid-length (not stubby, and not full) with a small stinger on it with D ring tabs on it so I can get rid of/sell my tow hooks.
axle swap will be happening soon as something in my front axle is ****ed.
