You need skid plates, recovery points and a full size spare that is the same size on your rig. If you have all of that, we will get you through. There will be plenty of winches on this ride

You should acquire a hitch but worst case scenario a rear axle will work as a recovery point, 33's?

SWVa4W requires recovery points F/R. and at least 31's with a full sized spare, same as on all 4 corners of the Jeep. A fire extinguisher too.

That's why I mentioned that above. We do a pre ride inspection on the rigs.

Hey Jon,
Would this trail work run be open to non-SWVa4W members? I run Potts enough that I should give back when I can. Thanks.

So it is official I won't be able to go this time

My justification for not going is I don't want to push my front fenders off because I don't have one stops yet and my front differential needs a rebuild before I actually go out before it grenades itself

We had a good time and we fixed the stacks so that they can be run with 31's again. The illegal bypass around the stacks is now closed. Anyone caught on it will get a big fine from the national forest service

Yes, take another rig with you and please stay on the marked trail!

We are working hard to keep it open for everyone!
