SW VA XJ's/MJ's, Roanoke/NRV to Bristol, post up!
Almost everything along Broad Run is private property, what isn't is National Forest and considered "wilderness". You get caught in the wilderness and off the legal trail/road and you will wish you never went there. The fines are stiff and you won't get out of them.
If you get caught on private property in Craig County you might get "peppered" with some shot or worse, backed out of there at gun point. Don't "F" around up there. Go to the legal trails and wheel or just be a mall crawler, its cheaper than paying fines and fixing bullet holes.

Omg. Didn't know it was getting this bad, but every freaking kid in roanoke, botetourt and Salem go to broad run and tear it up....me personally I've never had my jeep on broad run. A gravel road with creek crossings and a couple small holes/ puddles never really interested me. Or is worth my gas. But everyone I know who wheels goes there. I a
Ways tell them there dumb and gonna get themselves in trouble.....I only wheel my own private land, and my friends private land...there was another spot up on 604 just behind the truck stop. As for 604,it is now state owned and if you're caught up there you can be expect your jeep to be impounded and huge fines. It's just mudholes anyway, wheres the fun in that.

Me and the woman just wanted to go on a nice sunday drive, and now we will get grouped into the idiot/trespassing group by the locals/forest service. It is nothing more then a driveway really, but it was a nice ride and nice to get out of the city.

It's funny you mentioned that,i've lived in salem most of my life and have no idea where the "sheetz" hole is. I heard about it all the time in high school but never went.
It's behind the sheets on main street. There's a guy in Salem who has a 4wd shop, called secrist motor sports, well Dustin secrist has permission and I'm think some land rights to that land back there. He has multiple trucks on 44s he's gotten stuck back there. Even flopped 1. Zjjerk, you ever been up to the holes on high street? I've heard about em a lot, never been to them...heard its illegal and also swamps some big tires

I live 2 minutes from high street, the holes back there are nothing to brag about. They're fun at best and we've had many stock xj's through them. The best thing about back there is the pond you can fish.
I'm not sure. Exactly..I've only heard stories, and seen a bunch of pictures....and really. Well ****, I was told that them holes could cover 33's..some BSers lol
