Lol. flat black on top, gloss on the sides, and a dark grey Punisher skull on the hood. Its gonna take some time though. Im kinda **** when I paint.

Anybody in PA current on the laws of removing the doors. I really want to do it but don't want to get a ticket.

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure that as long as you have mirrors you're good. I used to drive my TJ around with no doors regularly with no issues

From what i understand we can run half doors but not doorless. has to do with some structural thing.. i assume it's safety reasons. But anywho, because it's not an option from the factory it's illegal

I called a buddy of mine who's and Allentown cop, he said he would check into it but he knows of no law against driving without doors. He said quote "if you want to fall out of your truck, you're not hurting anyone else, WTF would I care" end quote. Lol

look into using a tire carrier from an s10 blazer. im keepin an eye out for two of them myself. its fairly simple and ive seen a few write ups too. i was gonna use those and get a canvas cover made. oh and when i take a break today ill look in the offical PA inspection manual. off the top of my head all you need is mirriors. but since xj doors arent factory removable you probably have to have something. the book reads like vcr instructions.

According to my dad (been a mechanic for 25 years) you must have doors if yours did not come removable from the factory
