Have any of you guys ridden in a lifted WJ? I rode in one today with a 4.5" Clayton long arm kit and 33's. It rode so much better than my XJ, I couldn't believe it.

Heyoooo! Look, before I get all these "just do it yourself" responses I'm ready for by jeep to be lifted. I have everything in my cart ready for order. pro comps, 33'' KO2's, RC 4.5 X-Series lift, yolk eliminator, rear shaft, steering stabilizer, and HD tie rod. I'm looking for a ball bark of an honest quote on how much this could cost me at a reptable shop. I just graduated college and moved to an apartment with no resources for a DIY. I could, but I don't have the tools/space to do it. P.S. I moved to Warrington, PA so if anyone has any references please help me out =)

$500-1000 for the lift kit and $500-1000 for the SYE.

Id say Marty is in the ball park for price, but keep in mind that it depends also in what condition your Jeep is in.... Leaf spring bolts commonly freeze to the bushings, the welded nuts in the uni rails break free which then you need to cut a hole in the rail/floor to get a wrench on it..... So if someone quotes you 800, don't be too shocked if it goes up a bit haha. Granted, most shops figure for that and cover themselves in the beginning.... But I'm just sayin

OH BOY EXCITING! What kind of job?!!

Also, the install price would vary significantly if you tell a shop you dont need it in a hurry...if you can afford the down time for something like that
